Perinatal Mental Health

Perinatal mental health

Are you feeling sad, depressed and generally low?

Do you feel like you've lost your sense of identity?

Are you experiencing unwanted, distressing thoughts that you can't get out of your mind?

Are you having difficulty bonding with your baby?

Are you experiencing excessive guilt related to your parenting?

Are you worried that you might hurt your baby or yourself?

If these questions resonate with you, there is hope. You are not alone. Many parents experience these symptoms during pregnancy or after birth of a child (perinatal). The journey through pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood tends to push us to our limits and past our limits. This can lead to experiencing a lot of intense emotions, intrusive and unwanted thoughts and major changes in your life, relationships and body.  I love to support women at any point in their journey through motherhood.
